Kristian Hill. The review of Friday 11 September 2026.

Layer 1, page 1 of 2, elements 1.0 to 1.9

The world

What a stranger who has nothing but the channel can see: who you are, who it is for, what you stand against, what you talk about.

Who you are his words
A coach who got out of chronic stress himself, RAF, quarter million pound fitness business, the collapse of 2025, and now takes entrepreneurs out of it.
Who it is for his words
Founders and business owners in their thirties and forties who look successful from the outside and built a business that runs on them.
What you stand against his words
The belief that it has to be harder than it is: the hustle you built after you escaped the first one, and the idea that you fix this alone.
What you talk about his words
Getting people out of chronic stress and the vices it runs on. Chronic stress is tangible; the powerful state is what comes after, not the subject.
A polished chrome billet covered in coarse hammer facets
The billet. Struck into a shape, not yet a tool.

1.0 One lane you are known for

The framework asks: One subject, copied from the bio before any post is read, held for a year.

The lane is chronic stress in entrepreneurs, and it is held for twelve months from Friday. The bio still carries the retired line about ease and exhaustion, and the feed has moved subject three times in seventeen months.

our proposal

Your call on Friday Confirm the phrase, or rewrite it. Then it does not move for a year.

his words

  • Naturally our niche has became people literally like me. High performers and entrepreneurs looking to level up their life.

    Instagram caption, 2 September 2025
  • explaining this in 1 line is very hard lol

    Instagram caption, 13 February 2026

measured

  • The live bio reads "I show people how to look elite, feel full of energy and build a life that runs on ease instead of exhaustion". He retired that line in the interview on 1 September. It still stands on Instagram and on YouTube.

Profile read 11 August; interview part 1, turn 25; YouTube channel description, 9 September
  • The subject moved twice on the feed: the audience turns to business owners on 27 August 2025, training as a subject stops on 24 January 2026, the nervous system arrives on 3 March 2026.

Caption classification, 193 posts, 9 September
  • Nine of 193 captions are about training. The old brand is gone from the words and still in the pictures.

Caption classification and cover read, 9 September

our proposal

  1. One phrase, in the bio and in the pinned piece, before anything else is counted: "I get entrepreneurs out of chronic stress."
  2. Held unchanged for twelve months. A lane that turns with what performed last quarter is the failure this element exists to catch.

1.1 One named customer, and who it is not for

The framework asks: The reader named in the copy, and the buyer with money who is sent elsewhere.

For founders and business owners in their thirties and forties, successful on paper, whose business runs on them. Not for anyone who wants to be in and out in under six months, and not for someone who wants fitness coaching.

his words

Your call on Friday Confirm the buyer and the two refusals. One open question from the call of 7 September stays his: men only, or not.

his words

  • founders, execs, high performers, and their thirties and forties still look successful from the outside, but feel something underneath is wrong. That is exactly it. However, I really want to just specifically niche down in entrepreneurs.

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 28
  • I've not the coach for you if you're looking to be in and out of here in less than 6 months. I want to build incredible relationships and take people as far as they're capable of going. That takes time.

    Instagram caption, 13 February 2026
  • Most entrepreneurs, they don't create any freedom for themselves. They create a job with a hell of a lot more responsibility.

Caspar, review call, 7 September; Kristian agreed

measured

  • The funnel landing card names the buyer sharply: "Founders, executives, and high performers in their 30s and 40s who have built something impressive on the outside but feel like something underneath isn't quite right." The bio names nobody: "I show people".

Funnel walkthrough, 11 August; profile read
  • 26 of 193 captions name a buyer category. 17 of those 26 fall between 27 August 2025 and 14 April 2026.

    Caption classification, 9 September
  • Nicole is the fit failure he named: she wanted fitness coaching and got a one way conversation. The Perform programme that used to catch her is being switched off.

METHOD interview, 7 September, turn 48; review call, 7 September

our proposal

  1. The buyer moves into the bio in his own words: entrepreneurs whose business runs on them.
  2. Two written refusals stay published: under six months, and fitness only. Both already exist in his words; they need the bio and the offer page, not a new sentence.

1.2 The problem you own

The framework asks: One named problem and the change promised, stated once, held everywhere. This is the element the layer stands or falls on.

Chronic stress, and the vices it runs on. He named it himself on 8 September after discarding both of his earlier sentences, because chronic stress shows up in ways a buyer can point at and the powerful state does not.

his words

Your call on Friday Pick one sentence. He has been asked four times and produced four answers; this time the three versions are written and he chooses.

his words

  • What I'm really good at, mate, is I'm good at getting people out of chronic stress and crushing vices. So I would really say it's like stepping out of chronic stress, because chronic stress shows up in ways that are very, very tangible. A massive disconnect, being fucking absolutely consumed by greed, gluttony, lust, being someone that becomes unfaithful, lost, being someone that feels just dead behind the eyes, man, because they're so done in from what they're doing and they don't know how to get out of it.

WhatsApp voice note, 8 September, 10:46
  • obviously I'm helping them step into the powerful state, but that's not solving a problem. As you said, it's not tangible.

WhatsApp voice note, 8 September, 10:46
  • Business owners and execs are some of the unhealthiest people I've met. Being in a heightened state of anxiety 90% of the time isn't healthy.

    Instagram caption, 12 November 2025

measured

  • Five different named problems appear on the feed inside seventeen months, each stated flatly, none retired. Two of the five are the same problem sixteen weeks apart, and one of those, the ten signs of an exhausted nervous system, took 199,040 plays against a median of 4,899.

Caption classification, 9 September; post of 3 March 2026
  • The site names the problem with two different nouns on one page: a state problem and a nervous system problem. The offer page opens on four outcomes at once.

Site read, 11 August, findings L1-01 and L3-01

our proposal

  1. The sentence, about 25 words, for him to choose from. Version A: "I get entrepreneurs out of chronic stress and the vices it runs on, so the business stops running on them." Version B: "For founders who built the business and feel dead behind the eyes: I take you out of chronic stress and you keep the business." Version C: "You escaped the matrix and built another one. I get you out of the chronic stress it runs on."
  2. Whichever he picks lands before any credential, on the profile and on every offer page, in the first two lines.

1.3 The belief and its opposite

The framework asks: The claim every post hangs off, quoted, and the counter position a competent peer actually holds.

The belief: once you have done the hard miles, the work is to stop moving with force and move with power. The opposite: hard work beats talent in every phase. The opposite is carried as a practice, not as a person.

his words

Your call on Friday Confirm the belief sentence and the practice it opposes.

his words

  • his belief is that hard work beats talent, which I agree with. But for me [...] I'm in the king or queen era where I'm in my knight phase where the sword is away, and I'm operating smart [...] because I have done my hard miles.

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 54
  • I want to help people, mate, that are stuck in that hustle and grind culture that believe it needs to be harder than it is.

    Review call, 7 September
  • There's a reason you keep hitting the same ceiling. The nervous system creates the ceiling. It decides, unconsciously, what's safe, what's allowed, what you're permitted to have. No amount of harder work, smarter strategy, or better habits will push you past a limit set at the identity level.

    rfacoaching.com/work, fetched 11 August

measured

  • The person he named as the opposite in the interview, his former mentor, is publicly thanked on his feed as one of his six biggest influences, 3 July 2025.

Caption classification, 9 September, section 5.7
  • The belief is published once, on the site, and does not appear in the bio.

    Layer 1 scoring, 7 September

our proposal

  1. The opposite runs as a named practice: the hustle you built after you escaped the first one, and the idea that you can fix this alone because you fixed everything else alone. Caspar named the second half on 9 September.
  2. No person is named. The public thank you of July 2025 stands. Nine expert chairs were asked on 9 September whether the opposite should be a person, a practice or neither, and all nine said a practice with no person attached. Hormozi added the shape it takes on the feed: not an attack but an account, how the old grind model broke my nervous system and what my clients did to recover.
  3. The belief goes into the bio in short form and is restated in titles as a stance, not a topic label.

1.4 The refusals you can point at

The framework asks: Dated, published evidence that the direction vetoed something with a cost.

He cancelled a booked retreat at Mike's Gym in May 2026 because it did not fit who he had become, at seven to eight thousand pounds of profit. It is the strongest refusal on record and it is not published yet.

his words

Your call on Friday Permission to publish the cancelled retreat with the figure.

his words

  • I actually canceled the booking one week later. because it didn't feel aligned

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 78
  • it cost me money because I probably would have made about seven or eight grand profit off it

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 80
  • I don't even identify as a 'PT' and haven't done for at least 4 years.

    Instagram caption, 27 June 2025
  • It's just highlighting that I'm a health and life coach. Not a fat loss specialist, Not a prep coach.

    Instagram caption, 12 September 2025

measured

  • Two dated public refusals exist on the feed and neither carries a cost. The site carries a category boundary, "Not therapy. Not life coaching. Not an executive coaching package."

    Caption classification, 9 September; rfacoaching.com/about

our proposal

  1. One post closes this element: the cancelled retreat, with the date, the reason and the number.
  2. The three things he will not stand beside stay on the record: callout culture, performative woo woo spirituality, and discipline equals freedom bro culture.

1.5 The same sentence on every surface

The framework asks: Bio, pinned piece, offer page and a line said on camera carry one sentence near word for word.

Today four surfaces carry four different sentences and the free asset has seven names. Once the sentence in 1.2 is chosen, it goes onto the bio, the pinned piece, the offer page and one filmed line in one afternoon.

measured

Your call on Friday Approve the one name for the free asset.

measured

  • Bio: "I show people how to look elite, feel full of energy and build a life that runs on ease instead of exhaustion". Site hero: "More freedom. More success. More energy. All at once." Display name: "Kristian Hill", no action, no audience, no outcome.

Profile and site read, 11 August
  • The lead magnet is published under four names on the site and the funnel, and under three more on the feed inside one week in July 2026: the full protocol, the free audit, the body mind and lifestyle audit.

Finding L3-04; caption classification, 9 September
  • The site promises 30 diagnostic questions in 8 minutes. The gate a visitor reads says 15 questions in about 5 minutes.

    Finding L1-08
  • No transcript line of him saying the positioning on camera exists in any measured reel: five of six transcribed reels carry no speech.

    Reel transcripts, August

our proposal

  1. Four quotes pasted side by side in the score sheet, and all four the same. The mechanical check is the cheapest in the layer and the one he currently fails on count, not on meaning.
  2. One name for the free asset. Our proposal: the nervous system audit, because that is what the domain already says.

1.6 Named vocabulary you own

The framework asks: A coined name, a ritual or a working definition a stranger can repeat, and that survives an ownership test.

Regulate, Integrate, Expand is his and it has real work behind every stage. It lives on one surface and in zero captions. The feed has its own signature phrases, and nobody had searched for them.

measured

Your call on Friday Adopt a name for the method, or say why not.

his words

  • the work and transition that I take people through is essentially three phases. Regulate, integrate, expand

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 8
  • the only way out is through

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 74, the phrase he would put in his bio
  • this isn't work that you do on your own, this is work that you do with other people

WhatsApp voice note, 8 September, 10:50, credited to David Bayer

measured

  • Four coined vocabularies are published on the site and none of them reaches the funnel or the feed: Core Four 0, Calm Mind 0, Peak Health 0, Lethal Execution 0 across 193 captions.

Layer 1 scoring, 7 September; caption classification, 9 September
  • The feed repeats its own phrases and they are not on the website: "Do what you said you would do" in six posts over five and a half months, "Coach KDH" as a sign off in eight posts over fifteen months, "health as the gateway drug" in three, "the work you're avoiding" in four.

Caption classification, 9 September, section 5.6
  • "Nervous system" fails the ownership test: it is category vocabulary and a measured competitor carries it in her display name.

    Competitor benchmark, finding L3-02

our proposal

  1. One carrier, numbered: Regulate, Integrate, Expand, each with a one line definition made of actions, quoted the same way in two pieces three months apart.
  2. The name of the whole thing is open. RIE was proposed on the call of 7 September and nobody argued against it; nobody adopted it either.
  3. "Dead behind the eyes" is the buyer's phrase he already owns. Caspar picked it out on 9 September. It becomes the working definition of chronic stress on the channel.

1.7 Origin story with receipts

The framework asks: The come up, retold with fixed details, at least one of which a third party can confirm.

Joined the RAF at seventeen on 14 September 2011, airspace systems operator, deployed to Al Dhafra in 2014, on console when the Jordanian pilot was shot down, then the low point at Waddington. Passed the aptitude test and left anyway. Business opened 1 May 2017.

his words

Your call on Friday Confirm the four beats may be published as told.

his words

  • I joined the military in two thousand eleven, the fourteenth of September when I was seventeen years old

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 142
  • we were managing the airspace over the Middle East during Ops Shader. I was actually on console when the Jordanian pilot got shot down

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 146
  • officially kicking off the business on the first of May because [...] I was still being paid by the RAF up until the first of May two thousand and seventeen

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 144

measured

  • The published origin on rfacoaching.com/about is a different, softer story: West Coast of Scotland, a sheep, partying, five and a half years in the RAF, HYROX, Celtman, Head of Client Development, then the reckoning.

    rfacoaching.com/about, fetched 11 August, read 7 September
  • On the feed the origin is nearly absent: RAF or air force in 4 captions, HYROX in 3, Celtman in 0, out of 193.

    Caption count, 7 September
  • No hard detail has been verified against a third party with a URL. Three are checkable from outside: the RAF service, the HYROX World Championships appearance, the Celtman finish.

    Layer 1 scoring, 7 September

our proposal

  1. The spoken version replaces the site version. It opens at what was about to be lost, carries four checkable beats, and lands on the exact change he now sells.
  2. We verify the three checkable facts ourselves and record the URLs.

1.8 What you have actually done

The framework asks: Receipts inside the claimed lane, plus his own number on the scoreboard the audience respects.

Nine years, about a thousand people coached, a quarter million pound business, and named clients who went from broken to running. His own number appears nowhere on any surface, and the proof that exists is all about other people.

measured

Your call on Friday Which of the client stories may be told, and which figures.

his words

  • I'm 9 years in the game, I've coached over 1000 people and nearly 100 of them have been coaches

    Instagram caption, 13 February 2026
  • That's 376 workouts between them, 64 hours of coaching calls and 15 months of absolute consistency.

Instagram caption, 3 June 2025, the Calderwood sisters
  • she came into what we would call a perform program, but she upgraded in [...] April to our more elite program [...] she has generated multi six figures this year, having months as high as thirty five thousand pounds

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 156, Niamh

measured

  • Nine named client stories on the feed, five on the site. Zero currency symbols across 193 captions. The quarter million pound business appears nowhere.

Caption classification, 9 September; layer 1 scoring, 7 September
  • On the site the ask sits above the proof: the programmes block starts at 2,858 page pixels on desktop, the first client story at 9,644.

    Rendered record A-03

our proposal

  1. His number goes on the channel: nine years, a thousand people, the quarter million pound year. It sits inside the new lane because the story is that he built that and it nearly broke him.
  2. Client proof stays in the feed as posts, with the consent recorded first. Nothing about Sam, Niamh, Gerry or Beth goes out until each has said yes.
Next, 1.10

1.9 A named failure after you were credible

The framework asks: A published piece, dated after he was credible, where his own method did not hold, with the cost.

Three first person failures are already published on the feed and dated, and a fourth, the twenty thousand pound mentor, went out on 31 August against his mother's advice. The element is closer to a pass than anyone on our side knew.

measured

Your call on Friday Confirm the four failures may keep standing and be repeated.

his words

  • I honestly felt like I didn't really know who I was in July, I completely lost myself.

    Instagram caption, 1 December 2025
  • I knew something was deeply off inside of me last year, and you wouldn't know it by this picture. [...] I wasn't depressed or sad, the only way I could explain it was that I was a bit empty. "Is this it?"

    Instagram caption, 24 April 2026
  • spending twenty grand on a mentor that turned into something that I didn't want, and I lost myself in my business [...] how I spent all of my savings last year

BRAND IDENTITY interview, 1 September, turn 136, describing the post of 31 August 2026
  • you started jumping to answers instead of holding space when your own head got busy from moving countries. It showed up with a client, Kieran, getting overwhelmed by your faster pace

BRAND IDENTITY statements, the failure item, turns 160 to 162

measured

  • The banking post of 8 June 2025, the stress fracture post of 1 December 2025 and the emptiness post of 24 April 2026 all sit after he was credible. The 31 August post falls outside the scraped window and has not been read.

Caption classification, 9 September, section 5.10

our proposal

  1. The 31 August post becomes the anchor piece, retold once a quarter. It is first person, dated, costed, and published against advice, which is exactly the shape the element wants.
